Hi and Hola.

Yay! October comes very soon. Only 3 months to go and we will say good bye to 2010 - hmm
Did u achieved ur resolutions so far?

Lots of wonderful things will come in October ^______* and surely will be the busiest month ever for me -

4th - 9th : King park Hotel, Tawau - Kursus Induksi Khusus for Kumpulan I (Siri 1/2010)

11th : Exam for Local Authorities @Dewan Maksak Likas

14th : Full Board Meeting

20th : Ceremony @JPN & Parents' Wedding Anniversary (31st)

18th to 29th : On leave

My wedding will be held sometimes in October (Will announce soon). Yay! Preparations are about 80% so far but I will make sure it will be done at least one week before the wedding. I will send all the invitations at least 2 weeks before (supaya kamurang inda lupa) hehehe...... *Butterflies in the stomach*

Hopefully everything will run smoothly and I'm giving my best to pass my Course & Exams~

I had just submitted my application for my Bachelor Degree @UiTM (ePJJ) for December's Intake, but I am a bit sad for not able to continue my accountancy since they don't have ePJJ for the BACC program except for PLK which means I have to attend classes every day after office hours. Since I am not in KK I am not able to attend the classes if I enrol the program. So I pick Administration Science & Finance as a second choice. **Finger crossed**

It was just like yesterday I graduated my Diploma and I can't really wait to further my studies again. The fact is that it has been 6 years since my graduation but I am sure I can do it one more time - I guess it's not too late - Maybe some of you wonder why I didn't pursue for the BACC straight after my Dip program - it's all because I wanted to do it with my own expenses and not to depend on my parents' since they have done a lot - and my achievements - happens because of their's unconditionally love and I believe nothing on earth could repay the 'sweats' - and loves they have given/taught me, even though I may give them A Million - still can not compares to what they have done to make me a better person - today! Big thank u to my parents. **Tears**

Lord, I pray to You - and I am begging You - let them pick me as one of the ePJJ students ~ I will give my very best! Amen.

Til' then, take care and please pray for me okay? Thanksssssssssss!

i started my exercise on a treadmill today - lol - pemalas kan mau pigi jogging, but i really enjoy it and i sweat from hair to toe....especially my face, i like when my face got sweats, saya rasa saya cantik lol ~

i did my warming up b4 running on the treadmill. i know maybe it's too late to do the exercise matter to lose some kilos b4 the wedding but better late than never kan kan?

i promise to myself that i'll do my exercise regularly (morning n evening)and my fiance had promised that he'll give me some special treat if i manage to lose 5kgs (padahal saya yg minta hadiah) lol

ok here's some info about the treadmill (credit to google) lol

A treadmill is an exercise machine for running or walking while staying in one place. The word treadmill traditionally refers to a type of mill which was operated by a person or animal treading steps of a wheel to grind grain (see treadwheel.)

The machine provides a moving platform with a wide conveyor belt and an electric motor or a flywheel. The belt moves to the rear allowing a person to walk or run an equal, and necessarily opposite, velocity. The rate at which the belt moves is the rate of walking or running. Thus, the speed of running may be controlled and measured. The more expensive, heavy-duty versions are motor-driven. The simpler, lighter, and less expensive versions passively resist the motion, moving only when the walker pushes the belt with their feet.

Row of treadmills in use

As a cardiovascular exercise:

* Treadmills offer the benefit of reduced impact since all treadmills offer some sort of shock absorption. Exercising on a treadmill can reduce the strain to the ankles, knees and lower back that would be involved in running on a normal surface.

As an indoor activity:

* Users who would not run/walk outdoors (e.g. due to unfavorable weather conditions, uneven road surfaces, dangerous neighborhoods or unwanted attention) may use an indoor treadmill.

* Users who do not wish to join a gym may use an indoor treadmill at home.

* Users can do other things while exercising, such as watching television or reading.

As a machine:

* Enables exact calculation and adjustment of slope and speed.

* As many of the factors of the activity are known, the energy expended may be calculated.

* Some treadmills have special features such as step count, heart rate monitors, and number of calories expended.

Scientific usages:

* Treadmills are used in the International Space Station by Astronauts as an effective countermeasure against weightlessness.

As a cardiovascular exercise:

* Running on treadmills is easier than running on an equivalently flat distance outdoors because the ground is smooth and there is no wind resistance. A common misunderstanding is that it is easier because the ground is pulled beneath you. But the movement is relative and it would be the same as running on the deck of a ship which moves relative the terrain. Studies measuring the difference find that an average person running between 5 miles per hour (8.0 km/h) and 9 miles per hour (14 km/h) will expend between 0 and 5 percent more energy running outdoors. A person running outdoors faster than 10 miles per hour (16 km/h) (6 minute mile pace) will expend up to 10% more energy than an indoor runner. Treadmills can approximate the additional effort of running outdoors by setting the incline to 1%.

* Some treadmill runners develop bad running habits that become apparent when they return to outdoor running. In particular a short, upright, bouncy gait may result from having no wind resistance and trying to avoid kicking the motor covering with the front of the foot.

* Imposes a strict pace on runners, giving an unnatural feel to running which can cause a runner to lose balance.

As an indoor activity:

* Many users find treadmills monotonous and lose interest after a period.

* Treadmills do not offer the psychological satisfaction some runners get from running in new locations away from the distractions of home.

As a machine:

* Treadmill calorie counters overestimate the number of calories burned by up to 15-20%, according to some reports.

* May cause personal injury if not used properly. Of particular concern are children who reach into the treadmill belt while it is running and suffer severe friction burns that may require multiple skin grafts and result in lasting disability.

* Cost of purchase, electrical costs, and possible repair is significantly greater than running outside.

* Takes up space in homes.

Goodbye Holiday

Holiday was over and here i am with my routine duhhhhhhh! :P

i took a week = 5 days annual leave and did my wedding preparation with my beloved fiance. i am happy coz we managed to settle above 80% of the preparation. we went through few tiring days which we started our 'mission' early in the morning and ends almost 10 o'clock in the evening; from church, wedding gown, cake, flowers, guest book, banner/ bunting, invitation, foods, etc - everything. all deposits also settled at least 70% and above. hohoho...kalo sya tau begini sya inda mau kawin - hahaha - juz kidding okay ^_____^

it was fun anyway and i am really glad we did the preparations together since the distance among us were really far and it means we don't have much time to do the preparations together. i could see that he's serious into marrying me and that's the best part amongst all - minta puji oh sya kan - i know i will be missing all these things in the next few years in the future. and who knows over 20 years later i will share about the wedding preparations to my daughter and son (waaahhh sampai ke sini pula). possible right?

the 20% still in progress yet but it is only the small-small thing i guess hahaha. hope so i wont miss anything. of course i did my check list but nobody's perfect, right?

-adrenalin rush-

i am begging to myself to control my carbs n sweet foods intake.

i need a month extra -

and my free treatment with rm300 voucher still not done due to my busy schedule - did i mentioned about this earlier? forget it. but i'm just hoping that i can do the 4 weeks treatments which is equal to 20 sessions before my special day.

i promise i will finish the programme :)

Wedding preparations

Hola and blessed sunday to me :)

I spent my weekend in Beluran because I had a meeting last friday and our auditor will come this monday so I can not go back to my hometown. Not much wedding preparation I have done because I'm planning to apply a week annual leave after Hari Raya. I still have 30days left for my annual leave. Yesza, I like it. I am waiting for my fiance coming back from Shah Alam and do the preparation together, maybe.

So what I did this weekend? I designed our own invitation card. Yes. I did 4 designs at the moment and later I will ask my parents and fiance to pick which is the best. Maybe I want to let then choose 2 or 3 design because I want the invitation cards to be different. I guess I will design another 2 or 3 if I have time to do that. Hahaha. Melampau ka saya sampai mau design banyak2 ni? Buang tebiat mangkali. Sememangnya saya mau lebih dari satu design. Tamak kah saya? Whatever :)

Besides that, I've selected and typed some song to my wedding book's song sheet. Jarang ada orang sediakan song sheet bah tapi saya punya suka lah and I want it that way. Mula2 pening juga mau pilih lagu, sebab semua syok :) I managed to finished it by today. Thanks God. I can't really wait. Ada satu lagu tu yang adik angkat saya cipta....Kuduskanlah Perkahwinan Kami...Song & Lyric by Janet Jolis. Memang dari dulu lagi saya sudah plan kalo sampai masa saya kahwin, saya mau minta c Janet lagu dia masa saya berjalan di aisle. Hahaha. Tapi c Janet bilang dia lama sudah tidak menyanyi so dia malu menyanyi, takut sumbang dia bilang hahaha. Well, saya mau lagu ini dinyanyikan secara duet oleh my brother and sister. But my brother want to sing it lone. Okay. No problem.

Macam saya nervous pula mau berjalan di aisle. Seriously. Everytime I attending other people's wedding ceremony, I used to feel like I want to cry seeing them walking on the aisle. I don't know why....Apa lagi kalau saya yang berjalan di aisle sana, menangis kah saya? I hope I won't cry when the moment come. Weird.

Petugas-petugas masa wedding ceremony pun semua sudah saya decide. Actually, cuma best-man saja yang belum decide sebab kalau boleh biarlah dari side fiance saya. Tapi fiance saya cakap dia pun tidak tau siapa Best Man dia. Sampai ada a bit misunderstanding ni. Haissssh. Tidak boleh dielakkan juga gaduh2 ni. Luckily ada orang yang sudi jadi Best Man :)

So some of the check-list & updates:

1. Photographer & Videographer : i got 2 choices, not decided yet. Wait for my fiance to decide one.

2. Cake : Home-made cake. 3-tier cake. Cukup la ba 3-tier kan? Sebab saya tidak mau bagi orang ni cake, for family saja

looks yummy kan? ^.*

3. Florist : Daisy Florist tapi masa cuti ni baru mau pigi pilih Bunga; Lily, Daisy & Rose

calla lily but i won't pick calla lily, what about madonna lily?

4. Wedding reception's venue: the place I've booked earlier but need to check again later because kalau hujan ada leakage here and there. Need to confirm time hujan.

4. Wedding & Evening Gowns : Sudah pilih Gowns tapi masa tu saya pigi dengan kawan saya sebab fiance saya di Shah Alam. Nanti mau bawa dia pigi tengok lagi sebab takut dia tidak setuju. Dia suda warning jangan pakai seksi :P

i wish i am slimmer like this :P

5. Live Band or Karaoke : Live Band and my brother and his friends will perform that day. Free kan? :)

I am so happy because I managed to lose 2 kgs. I expect to lose more in less than two months. Banyak fikir mungkin ni tu la sampai kurang 2kg ni...Haissshhh....kadang-kadang tidur pun tak lena.

hmm... kalau la saya slim macam ni, saya la orang yang paling gembira di dunia :p
So....that's all for now....

I am so speechless....
that I'm getting married **soon**
that I'm busy doing preparation for my **big day**
penat mau urus itu ini but really exciting and now I know that it's not easy to plan for a perfect wedding. I know nothing is perfect in this world, and I don't expect that I will have a perfect wedding but one thing for sure I can create a well-plan wedding.

Thanks to God for His continuous blessings and I can say that my prayers had been answered...and it's a prayer that I've been praying since long, long time ago.

I love my family for supporting me and for their unconditionally LOVE.
